Packaging, Gift Boxes & Gift Lists estimated up to 100grams per article

All orders will be sent out packed safely in a padded envelope. Where packaging has been supplied by the designer/manufacturer this will be used otherwise the item will be wrapped securely. [If you would like to order more than one gift and wish for us to send to more than one address, simply email or phone us with the list of addresses prior to placing your order. We can then arrange to send the relevant item to different addresses according to your instructions. Ideal at Christmas or for thank you gift’s]

Delivery & Postage Costs and Details

Standard Recorded Delivery - £2.80 (U.K.) - Once your order has been accepted, we aim to ship your item/s within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. All orders are posted Royal Mail First Class Delivery and require a signature unless otherwise specified as per below.

Special Delivery - £5.95 - If you need or would like a guaranteed next day delivery, you have the option to change to Special Delivery. This option is only available if you place an order before 2pm and Monday - Thursday only. This method requires a signature on delivery. (Please note - This method of delivery offers a compensation of upto £500 for lost packages.)

Late/Lost Deliveries - If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will give you the recorded delivery number for you to chase with your local post office. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days after which the Post Office classify the parcel as lost. Best-su-Kama cannot be held responsible for the late or loss of delivery.

Shipping Charges - All orders are delivered Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for a nominal fee of £2.80 and does not include insurance.
